What’s the process?

Inquiry/
Pre-Project
Once you contact me, I will reply back via email to learn more about your project, company and expectations. If we decide to move forward, I will send you a proposal and contract, and discuss your preferred method of communication.

Discovery Phase
I will obtain a more comprehensive project briefing, gather more detailed information about your company and project, and then perform market research. Asking the right questions, enables me to have the right information to begin the project.

Design
Phase
Based on the decisions made during the discovery phase, the design and development phase begins. During this phase, multiple iterations will be shared with the client for feedback, and the design will be refined until it is approved by the client.

Delivery Phase
Once the project is approved, the invoice will be sent.* Final files** will be delivered in the required file format(s) via email or DropBox, and/or to your printer or other third party. Hooray! The project is now considered complete.
*Terms of payment will be discussed based on the project scope during the pre-project consultation.
**Please note, client is responsible for final proofing of the materials, i.e., spelling and correct information
