What I do
I work like an in-house designer for businesses that don’t have one — or don’t have enough of one. Brand identity, packaging, websites, print — and, more often than not, the connections between them. Most projects fall into four buckets. Not sure which one you need? That’s a normal place to start — scroll to the bottom.
01
Brand systems
More than a logo. A complete visual identity built to stay consistent everywhere it’s used — logo and variations, color, type, and the rules that keep it all looking like itself across packaging, web, print, and signage.
For Startups that need a real foundation, and established businesses that have outgrown a brand held together with tape.
02
Packaging & product design
Packaging that works on a real shelf, not just a screen — designed with production in mind so it prints right and stands out. Single products or full multi-SKU lines, built as a system.
For Product and consumer brands, from first SKU to a growing line.
03
Websites
Clean, straightforward websites that show your business at its best and are actually built to be used. Designed to match the rest of your brand, so the site doesn’t look like it belongs to a different company.
For Businesses whose website has fallen behind the quality of their work.
04
Ongoing & overflow design support
An experienced designer on call — for the marketing team that’s underwater, or the business not ready to hire full-time. Campaign graphics, sales and trade-show materials, presentations, social assets, production support. Brand-consistent, independent, no hand-holding.
For Marketing teams that need capacity, and businesses that need a reliable go-to.
Common questions
Questions I get asked.
How much does a brand identity cost?
Every project is quoted individually. A brand system typically starts at [$X], packaging at [$X] per SKU, and a website at [$X]. You get a fixed price before any work starts — no hourly surprises.
What if my budget only allows for a logo right now?
Then we start with the logo — but I will build it so it does not paint you into a corner. You get the mark, the core color and type choices, and the files you need to use it properly, with a written note on what to add next and roughly what it costs.
What if I only need a visual identity, not the whole brand?
That is most projects, and it is fine. What I do recommend is the full visual identity rather than a logo on its own. A logo alone leaves every later decision up for grabs, and that is where the cost and the inconsistency creep in.
How long does a project take?
Most brand projects run four to six weeks. Packaging depends on the number of SKUs; a single product is usually two to three weeks.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two rounds of changes are included in every project. Additional rounds are quoted before they start.
Do I work with you directly?
Yes. There is no account manager and no rotating team — you work with me from first call to final files.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. I work with US, European, and Australian brands and have done since 2006.
Not sure what you need?
That’s common — and figuring it out is part of the job. Tell me what’s going on and what’s coming up, and I’ll tell you honestly whether you need a full brand, a refresh, or just a few things fixed.
